Last week I went to a the bay auto dealer in Fremont with the hopes of purchasing a vehicle and I was very bummed out when I got there it took like 20 minutes for someone to come say hi to us we looked around and they had one vehicle I liked out of all of them and was told there was already a deposit they had no good cars some even had broken window and scratched up so my husband and I decided to go look around for another dealer and came across Winn Kia Newark didn’t really think they would hel... Bought a used car from Winn Kia. Great experience. Very straight forward approach to cost, super follow up on questions. They got me in-out in 90 minutes! Abe and Michael were thorough, professional and honest. I look forward to buying my next car here. Can't recommend them more highly.

It's Friday night and we are stuck in traffic on our way to Kia San Jose.  Wait, there is a dealership in Fremont?  Lucky we went in.  Abe and Adam were awesome!  Patiently and expertly answered all our questions. They helped get the color and features we wanted.  No pressure to upgrade. Can't wait to pick up my new car.  A perfect way to celebrate the New Year!  Thanks for getting the car earlier than expected.

I accompanied my sister at the Winn KIA of Fremont.  I just want to say that they have great service here.  My sister purchased the KIA Sportage.  Abe the salesman was very nice and professional. He explained all the features of the SUV and was clear and transparent, no beating around the Bush.  The Sales manager Adam on duty gave my sister two tickets to the Warriors game in March and a Warrior's key chain.  What a nice gesture.  We even got some delicious Birthday cake from one of the staff me... I had a good experience buying from Abe, Adam, Bob and Ryder at Winn Kia. At no time during the buying experience did I ever feel any pressure to buy. I genuinely felt that they wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the car and didn't make a snap decision. At no point did the sales people make any outrageous claims about the car I was purchasing and it was a very friendly process. Purchased my first car - Kia Optima 2015! Drives so well and great price. I like this dealership because the team works as one like a family, they really try to help you out as a first time buyer with not that great credit. Calvin is super chill, caring and friendly, answered all my questions, it was just smooth sailing from there - ASK FOR CALVIN!! Great end-to-end service! I had shown up to service department unannounced on Monday AM as my car EV had battery issues over thew weekend (the svc dept doesn't open on Saturdays). From the service rep to the front desk, they are so kind and nice, immediately arranging for shuttle service back to my house. The initial estimate for the fix was 2-3 days but the service was able to repair the issue in only a few hours. Since Service closes at 5PM, I could not pick up the car but the service rep... More
